Welcome to Unosupply, by renting equipment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Equipment Usage

The rented equipment must be used only for its intended medical purpose.
Customers are responsible for the safe and proper use of the equipment.
Any damage caused by mishandling or negligence will be chargeable.

Rental Duration

Rental duration begins on the date of delivery and ends on the date of pickup.
Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Payments & Charges

All rental payments, security deposit amount, and delivery & installation charges must be paid in full before or on delivery.
Late return of equipment may incur additional daily rental charges.

Maintenance & Repairs

Regular maintenance is provided by Unosupply.
Customers must immediately report any malfunction or damage.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear will be handled by us at no cost.
Damage due to misuse will be chargeable.

Equipment Condition

Equipment is thoroughly checked before delivery.
Upon return, our team will inspect the equipment.
Any missing accessories, physical damage, or tampering may result in deductions from the deposit.

Liability

UnoSupply is not liable for:
- Wrongful use of equipment
- Misinterpretation of instructions
- Any medical complications arising from misuse
Customers must consult a registered medical practitioner before using any medical equipment.
Liability for injury, disability, and death of patient and other persons caused by operating, handling, or transporting the equipment during the term of this Rental is the obligation of the Customer, and the Customer shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against all such liability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund.
Post-dispatch cancellations may incur logistics charges.

Privacy

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery and communication.

Changes to Terms

Unosupply reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website.
